2. Our services
We provide handyman, repair, installation, and property maintenance services across Glasgow and surrounding areas. Specific services are described on our website and confirmed at booking.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email before your next billing date. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Unused hours roll over for one month on Home Hero and Landlord Pro plans only.
4. Pricing
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices shown on our website are correct at time of publication but may be subject to change. You will always be informed of costs before work begins.
5. Your obligations
You must provide safe access to your property, inform us of any hazards, and ensure someone aged 18 or over is present during visits. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required for work (e.g. landlord permission if you are a tenant).
6. Our liability
We carry full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues discovered during a job.
7. Complaints

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
